Right in that moment before Nate starts to speak, his demeanor changes. He sits up straighter. He looks like he has it all figured out. And flashes a bold grin.

They have freedom, but not without guidance. They are spreading their wings and showing the community they are ready to enter this world with stances and values all their own.
"I like to voice my opinion, but it's hard to come up with something on the fly that sounds sophisticated" says Freshman Matthew Bowen
But in doing so, many people don’t see the real effort behind such podcasts. Also, what others fail to realize is that they seem to think it’s easy enough that anyone can do it. Problem is, not everyone can, Garet puts in a bit more effort than others in the Podcast. He does the microphones, recording, and editing. Garet makes sure things go as planned and what doesn’t, he edits out.
"The editing takes about an hour ,maybe less if it's a good recording. It takes about an hour and a half, if it needs a lot of editing" says Garet Rocha producer of the Podcast and broadcast.
Matthew Bowen, Nick Kolesnikov, Chelsey Lamb, Nate Roskens, and weekly guests help Garet set up and take down mics, stands, and chairs. Podcast is a group effort and everyone should be noticed for it. It doesn't have to be a big elaborate suprise to show your appreciation, but a single comment can go so
