Along with living in Asia, they inhabit semi-tropical and subtropical regions, preferring to be in places with limestone and caves. Also, these monkeys are covered in silky black hair, with the exception of a white stripe across their face. Additionally, they have a black crest on the tops of their heads. In addition, Francois langurs are born with a bright orange fur, and lose it after about one year of life. Francois langurs mostly eat leaves. When leaves can’t be found, they will also eat insects and fruits. They find their food by scurrying on canopies on the tops of the dense forests they inhabit.
