Which species of monkey has only less than 200 in total in the wild? It’s the Francois langur! The habitat of the Francois langur is Asia, but also other countries in and around Asia. The areas where they live consist of semi-tropical and subtropical regions. The monkeys are covered in black fur all around their bodies, except for a white stripe that goes along their face. Additionally, young Francois langurs have orange fur until they are about one year old. Their diet is made up of things such as fruit, but they mostly eat leaves. Furthermore, they have a multi-chambered stomach to help with digestion. The Francois langur lives in Asia and its surrounding countries, has silky black fur, and eats things such as leaves.
