The settlement amount is to be paid on behalf of Frances House alone. The pharmaceutical defendants were dismissed approximately two years ago when the court found that there was a lack of credible evidence that the plaintiffs were shown the warnings that were packaged with the medications. Therefore, the claim alleging insufficient warnings could not be supported and Frances House was left as the sole remaining defendant.
