Foxtrot Research Paper

Decent Essays
Foxtrot is a lot like waltz, except it is a little less elegant and more like dancing waltz after you has a drink. So far in foxtrot I learned forward basic, progressive quarter turns, promenade, forward change O.P., right box turn, etc. If anyone wants to get a basic taste of what social ballroom dance is like, I would recommend foxtrot because it is composed of fairly simple walking steps and side steps. The beat goes like “slow, slow, quick, quick.” The quicker version of foxtrot is quickstep. The more I learn about ballroom dancing, the more I wish I was born in a different serval generation ago where ballroom dancing is commonly spread throughout the society.
