Introduction
Enable to put the logistic up on the practice, to use that we learn from the theory, it is actually important to see the event that by reality .By Sunday 28th of February we participate the cross country ski event Foxtrail. to achieve the best systematic study we are going to use the primary research by interviewing people ,taking photo as evidence ,online research the goal of this project will be understand the logistic work by practice.

For the equipment they will need during the event, for example, speaker, food and beverage etc. they will have a transfer car for it, on the event day, all the equipment will arrive at the same time for them to set up. Recommendation
Volunteer’s training should achieve .For the fox trail event, there are always standby at least one doctor, because this is an outdoor event, it has a high risk accidental prone. Due to this reason, this event has different people of all ages, the event holder should have some emergency procedures, in case some accident happen. The staffs can take that plan immediately.
Conclusion
The event itself, we can not said it as under expectation, the event is small in the size which with the information that are not that open to public. Although with the interview with the staff the organizer’s side we are able to gather the information. For this event we do achieve the goal with all the challenge that we did not think of before the event .The information of the improvement also helps us with the practice in logistic.
