Fox Cubs Research Paper

I could hear the pitter patter of their feet, the little fox cubs were watching their mother hunt for the first time. The foxes had such little faces that were slim and fitting to their small bodies. They glided near the ground the mock their mothers movements. The mother’s head swung back as a little noise escaped her black lips, as if to say to quite their steps. I had taken notice that foxes were elegant and gentle as they hunted. I have seen this behavior in my own world, a human mother would spark curiosity in their young infants mind with every little task. Yet we had a very different approach. The fox mother let her cubs embrace the dangers and unknown, then watches quietly from a distant to evaluate their decisions. Another trait I have noticed is that cubs are extremely intelligent and adventurous at such young ages. This perked my interest to remember my own milestones, which were, I could talk at the age of two. I could walk about the age two, and I learned how to prepare my own food at seven. I realized how detached we were from our natural world, we are humans which are mammals, that are defined as animals who nurse off their mothers. We cling to our families when most mammals, including foxes, leave their families at an extremely young age, only at seven months old.
I miss the feel of warm covers and my mother’s arms around me when I was confused or scared. Many mammals out in the wild only know about survival and preparing their young for the same things they faced. The little slim faces held so much curiosity but so much confusion of why their mother is so strict and ready to pounce on any wrong move. I could only pity the cubs and the infants, they are so different yet they live right next to each
