There are many different festivals in the United States of America that are similar and different to Feria De Malaga. One festival that we have in the United States is “ The Fourth of July. This holiday takes place on July 4th. The Fourth of July celebrates Independence. Independence has been celebrated for about 240 years in America. La feria De Malaga celebrates King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella’s grand entrance into Maliga on August 19, 1487. It has been celebrated for about 500 years.

On the last day of the event, there is a city sponsored concert and spectacular fireworks.
