Fourth Meeting Experience

My fourth meeting took place at his house again. This time I had the opportunity to meet his daughter Selah. I introduced myself and we talked for a little bit because my client was taking a shower. After he was ready, we went to his office and started the interview. This time, he asked me if there was something in specific I wanted to talk about. I said that I wanted to know more about his nutrition and his lifestyle. He mentioned that he tries to eat really healthy. He avoids sugar and fast food. Every morning, he wakes up and work-out before going to work. He said that the key is to have discipline and feel confident about himself. He said he makes sure he gets the protein and all the nutrients his body needs in order to function right. He said that he had never experienced any significant healthy issues. He and his wife are pretty healthy and expect to enjoy many more years together. He said that the fact that he has God in his life, it has giving him a special power to be able to do many things that maybe someone at his age is not capable to do anymore. They recently moved into a new house, so he said that it is hard for him to adjust himself to the change. However, he said that since he is with his …show more content…
When I first got to the house, I felt that maybe I was interrupting a family moment because his daughter was there. However, they were really nice, so I felt welcome. During the interview, I thought about the impact that his family has in his life. He mentioned so many times his children and family that it made me realize that his family helps him to keep his lifestyle. Also, I noticed how important is to eat healthy. Sometimes I do not pay attention to what I eat, but after this interview, I thought about how important is to eat right in order to enjoy a better life when we get old.
