As this was our fourth group session, it was a definitely a different experience. First, our group leader led our group by asking what we wanted to discuss tonight. Even though most did not want to talk about the election, we ended up talking about the results of the election anyways, which in hindsight, I am glad we did. Not only did each of us (except 1 member) heard our thoughts/feelings about the new president and the condition of the country, but we also learned each one had strong opinions about the matter as well. With that being said, my opinion struck a chord with another member, which encouraged her to use my comment to justify her position why she was upset with the results of the election.
