The four macromolecules that consist in all living organisms are carbohydrates, lipids, proteins, and nucleic acids. Everyone of these macromolecules has essential responsibilities in people daily functions. “They are able to establish large strings of molecules that both support and carry out life’s functions.” (Daempfle, 2016) They are also gathered and ungathered for use by cells. Carbohydrates contains a lot of energy in numerous covalent bonds connecting their subunits. Lipids are neutral fats, phospholipids, and steroids located in foods that people eat and the body. They are reserved in fat cells to be used as lifelong energy storage. Furthermore, protein has a huge impact on our bodies such as producing nails, skin, and hair to support
