For sides we usually prepare sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, mayonnaise based slaw, and potato salad. For desserts we prepare cheesecake topped with blueberries, butter cake, and strawberry pizza. Once everything is prepared we all pile our plates high with all of the scrumptious food. Gathering around the table we fellowship with one another as we eat. After we eat, we all help clean dishes and clear the table off. Then we gather around the table once more to play a large assortment of bored games. Everyone usually plays with the exception of a couple who would rather watch.
