However, throughout the documentary, the founding fathers are portrayed by speaking in a first person point of view. Although it is not actually the real founding fathers, this documentary still presents their ideas in their point of view, as if they were the ones speaking. This documentary does in fact have a clear thesis. Although this documentary is informative on the actions of our founding fathers and how they contributed to the making of our country, it also goes deeper than this. By showing the personal sides of the founding fathers, the film was much more relatable. For me, I am increasingly interested in things which I can relate to. This film gave me that. I also liked the fact that the ones who commented on the film were authors and professors which are very knowledgeable about this topic. I did not like the fact that this film was focused more on Thomas Jefferson and Alexander Hamilton more than the other founding fathers. However, I really enjoyed this
