Towers Watson’s total rewards structure (as shown in figure 2 above) arranges rewards into three groups that link to facets of a worker’s experiences at work. Each grouping includes related programs intended to fulfill workers’ needs and discuss what a worker may value from their employer.
Foundational Rewards. The foundational rewards grouping includes a worker’s need for safety and constancy. These foundations deliver programs that employers can choose from whether they want to subsidize them all or instead offer a cost effective option. They can be used to help an employer balance what the organization can afford and what is needed to retain and attract top talent.
