The reporting party (RP) stated on 9/28/15 the foster children were placed in the foster home. On 9/29/15 the foster mother transported foster child Carmelo to visit with his biological mother in a booster seat while riding in the vehicle. The foster mother was made aware of the inappropriate and appropriate car seat however, the foster mother did not seem to understand the importance with regard to safety. During the visit the biological mother made the child's social worker aware of the incorrect car seat. On 10/8/15 the foster mother transported the foster children to a supervised visit with their father at the Moreno CPS Office. According to the RP the foster mother was advised to monitor the visit due to the father's history of violence
