The reporting party (RP) stated foster child Tai-Kwonese Fradiue DOB: 12/1/97 did not receive her personal allowance while living in the foster home of Deborah Chevez. According to the RP the foster child had been placed in the foster home between 6/02/11-11/03/12. The RP stated the foster child was questioned regarding paid activities (the mall, amusement park, purchasing CD/DVDs) which were paid with funds provided by the foster mother or if she had signed her signature on the Monthly Progress Report (MPR). The foster child disclosed she did not remember signing such document. The RP stated the foster child remembered eating out at "McDonald's" and when at the mall the foster mother's biological daughters would give her money to purchase
