The bigger zoos have on average four hundred to five hundred workers compared to the one hundred and twenty three workers that our zoo has. If we could expand our zoo and have more attractions it would mean more jobs for our community. The zoo can help our kids by starting an outreach program to help while they are still impressionable. Education is the biggest way that it can he lp. Over three hundred and fifty thousand people attend annually to our zoo.
The Fort Worth Zoo has over almost two million attendees. That is four million compared to twenty four million that the Fort Worth Zoo brings in. Just imagine if El Paso can bring that much money annually. Not only does it bring that revenue in the city but people would come and visit from all over the country and the world. This would bring more income across the city.
Visitors would eat at all the restaurants and shop along the b order. The biggest thing though is more people would come to learn about and enjoy the animals. Families would have a bigger and better attraction for family outings. Our children are constantly consumed by everyday electronics like smartphones and video g ames.
