The film basically centers a special man named Forrest Gump, played by one of the greatest actors of his time, Tom Hanks, he is considered to be slow-witted and the entire film basically talked about how he managed to get through a lot of struggles despite suffering from an intellectual disability.
This is actually based from a 1986 novel by Winston Greek which has the same title. One of the best lines of the film is a quote that Forrest’s mother told him.
