“I remember thinking the world would be better off without me.”-Demi Lovato. There are people all over the world who feel like this everyday. Instead of committing suicide they self harm. There are many different types of self-harm. There is; cutting, burning, scratching, self- bruising, dermatillomania, the ingestion of toxic substances, purposely breaking bones, and trichotillomania are the main forms of self harm. Let’s learn about all of them.

The first is cutting. Cutting is the biggest one. People normally cut on their wrists, thighs, stomach or shoulders. When people cut they find whatever sharp objects they can then cut themselves with it. Cutting is one of the easiest ways to kill if it came down to it, especially on the wrist. When
