There were a lot of 3D printer companies in this film, from 3D systems to Formlabs. In the end most of these companies are successful. But one is not as successful as the other. But is that a good thing or a bad thing? The company I am talking about is Formlabs. They were my favorite company in the movie. Formlabs was the happy company. While 3D systems and Makerbot where making a lot of big business decisions that most people watching this film would think why where they making these decisions. Formlabs kept there decision more worker friendly. Which means Formlabs stayed more on how to get the product better than, what people can I fire to make the product get better. Formlabs first had to come up with money to produce the product. So, after the fundraising, Formlabs had to make a decision on how to spend the money. The executives had to think about if it should go to research or go to producing. Formlabs executives pick to fix the product and find the problem. This shows to me as a watcher of the film what happens if your product noes not work the way you think it should. After more than half a year of dealing with the product Formlabs final sent the 3D printer out. Formlabs earned the lowest amount of money out of the companies in the film. There was no hurt in Formlabs business. I would want to work for Formlabs because of the way the executives treat their workers. Form labs shows me a lot about running a
