The formal inspection, as we probably already know, is one of the most important events that will take place in the JROTC curriculum. With that being said, everyone in the battalion will need to play their part in ensuring the Cougar Battalion remains an honor unit with distinction. As a cadet aspiring to become the battalion’s Command Sergeant Major, I know there are responsibilities I will have to contribute to next year’s formal inspection. In order to ensure that next year’s formal inspection is successful for the Cougar Battalion, I believe my primary responsibilities are to ensure cadets maintain military bearing and a professional appearance and guarantee cadets have received proper consequences for everything they do or fail to do,
