Forensic Anthropology Research Paper

I am currently studying business and forensic anthropology. A lot of people laugh at me and say, “How do those two majors connect?” I politely reply to them, “They don’t have to connect, but hey, maybe up the road I may realize that they do.” I have been in business classes since I started high school and have continued to take business classes throughout college. A person can never go wrong by learning about business. Many people think it is only business owners and big corporations, but it not just that. It is secretaries, marketing workers, sales representatives, and more! For me, I am still undecided on what I want to do exact for business. I currently do Photoshop marketing for Nouvelle Resort in Palm Beach and do other odd and end work …show more content…
Hopefully I will have my own business started in the United States, but I have no problem working for another company. I will be traveling around, maybe marketing my company in different places, being a sales representative for my own company, or another one. Like I said before, I am still undecided what field I would like to be involved in. Being in college, they really specify different business majors and I am going to have to learn more about each one, maybe take a couple classes and then find the area that I fit best in and pursue it. I am very interested in business marketing and business management. One of my jobs right now is to make brochures, line sheets, business cards, and even manage a website of Nouvelle Resort, and I like it a lot! But I do not like sitting around on a computer all day, I would like to be a marketing person who meet people, and has meetings and talk to human beings about why they should do something. I have also always wanted to manage workers, because I am very good with people, and I am a very interpersonal person, someone who wants to get to know people. I hope that I will figure out what exact area of business I will most enjoy and will be able to be successful in and then start to focus in on

When it comes to criminal trials, there are many important pieces of evidence. Forensic Science: Evidence, Clues, and Investigation by Andrea Campbell, explains that forensic evidence uses sources such as fingerprints, hair particles, and mainly hard evidence. The story also explains that there are a couple downfalls when using this evidence. One main downfall falls heavily on the investigators who handle the substances. The discipline of forensic science has been under fire for quite some time now, and one can say that it is completely justified. Fraudulent and incompetent analysts, such as Annie Dookhan, have performed investigations in flawed crime labs, like that of the Baltimore crime lab, and through this process, have imprisoned the innocent, just as Cameron T. Willingham was falsely convicted. Issues occurred in all of these instances that allowed for the devaluing of the field of forensic science. If a lab is faulty or fraudulent, it is likely for the analysts who work within it to be flawed as well, as the two are essentially a team.…

Why Forensic Pathology? Many have disputed the importance of going to college, many say that college is a waste of time, many say that college is the only option for their families. High school students see college as the only way to be successful in their lives, while on the other hand people believe that there are too many students in college. They believe that most students that do not score above the 90th percentile are “too dumb” to go to college, that it is too stressful of an environment for many people and that is why only a percentage of students out of high school should attend.…
