I response to the intersection of Lakewood and Fayetteville Street in reference to assist with the custody of a towed vehicle.
I stood by while Lee’s Tow Company hooked up a 2002 White Lexus ES300 with Nc registration EFE 3333. I followed the tow truck driver to 215 Broadway Street, the Durham Police Department forensic garage. Forensic 6 arrived on scene and take custody of the vehicle.
