ISSUE: The Right to Adequate Housing and Protection from Forcible Eviction

THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION,
Emphasizing on the implementation of a number of Articles associated with organs of the United Nations and that forcible eviction violates of the given Articles;
Noting with deep concern that forcible eviction has results having close results to mass wrongdoings such as exodus, expulsion or evacuation of indigenous groups and other such coerced activities regarding people being evicted or expelled from their countries,
Noting with regret that homelessness and inadequate housing is not particular to a region, a country, or a continent, as it is considered a problem experienced worldwide by the governments of …show more content…
Setting up relief camps to provide basic amenities such as food, water, shelter, sanitation etcetera, b. Forming auxiliary groups like ‘Say No to Forced Eviction’(SNFE) to keep a check on calamities, such as an epidemic, a terrorist attack, or even an earthquake, c. SNFE should comply with UN committees such as the UNCHR and the UNCSEC etcetera,
4) Further requests that other State or country Human Resource Development (HRD) ministers to look into the situation, and collect information about the particular situation, and follow the following suitable actions to support the evicted masses:
a. Refer to statistics and data, and try to predict the probability of calamity striking the area or region, b. With the aid of the government, they should help construct ‘safe houses’, which will help people tide over these unprecedented events, c. Should try to spread general awareness on how to protect one from such situations with the aid
