A recruiter’s mission is to gain the trust of the potential candidate. Once the trust is in place, the Army’s next task is to break the individualized thoughts of the recruit. In other words, your individuality is the core of your beliefs as a person. Not everyone is as extreme as someone who carries individualistic views, but if you worked for Enron, whatever those views could have been were unwelcomed.
