Football: Similarities Between Football And Basketball

Football has a lot if similarities with basketball. Football is a team sport. You have to have trust and good relationship with your teammates. Being on a football is like being in the military, you grind together, swear together. Football you have to be both mentally and physically strong. In football you’re only strong as your weaks link. You need a lot more equipment in football than you do in basketball. You need shoulder pads to protect your shoulders when there’s contact. You also need a helmet protect you from major head injuries. Cleats are major in playing football for making great cuts and sharp cuts. You need a mouthpiece so your teeth won’t get knocked out. Football is played with 11 on 11 and has timed quarters.
