Football Field-Personal Narrative

It hurt so badly. I wanted to scream but I didn’t want to scare everyone or get any attention drawn to me. Instead I started to cry while trying to text my brother. People were screaming in excitement and all I could smell was wet grass. It felt like I shattered my wrist. All I wanted to do was go home. My brother and I were at football game at our old school’s field, Memorial Field. My old school, Heelan, was going against my new school, East. I was walking around with my so called “friend” when they came. I say my so called “friend” because she honestly wasn’t. None of the girls at my old school were my actual friends. Either I just didn’t really talk to them because we had nothing in common, or all they did was spread rumors about each other. The only reason I talked to them was because I didn’t want to seem mean, plus they were the only girls I knew. I hated it at Heelan because of those girls. …show more content…

Drama is not my thing so I started walking away with my “friend” but they wanted to follow and keep getting on my nerves and ask me about stuff I didn’t say. So my instinct was to go where they can’t, which was a very stupid idea. There was a hole in the fence under where the opposing bleachers are and I went through it. Then I climbed the under part of the bleachers so that they really couldn’t get to me. Once again, that was a stupid idea. After that, they were still asking me because they followed me in there, and I was sitting on top of a fence trying to ignore them and saying to go away and that I never said any of the stuff they were asking

As I get off the bus, and stretch my legs after what seemed like a very long bus ride, I noticed a certain smell in the air. I have been here before, and each time the visits have been very uncomfortable. I love nothing more than to step on the ball field, and smell the fresh cut grass, and my kangaroo skin catchers glove. This ball field was different, for many different reasons. Playing baseball against Mountain Valley was always fun, because we always won.…

My Junior year of high school, two best friends on my cheerleading team had a falling out and the events between them greatly affected their ability to work together. We were all members of the same stunt group along with another girl who was unaware of the problem. In practice, none of our stunts were working very well because both girls were putting less energy into the lifting me so the other would have to put more into it. I was not aware that they had a falling out, but after being dropped on the floor multiple times, I took them aside to talk to them. Last year during fantasy football I had a great team my players rarely got hurt and none of them got suspended. On the other hand almost all of my opponents had to deal with that.
