Corisa, I agree that foot patrol will decrease the crime rate that is occurring in the community. Nevertheless, with collaboration and communication, working together as one can help rebuild and uplift communities that have suffered distress and a great loss. Positive vibes while working in the community and positive reinforcement from officers can help increase the trust from the community. Once the community acknowledges the fact that not all officers are corrupt, some will embrace the feedback and support from those that care and move forward to implement respect and integrity.
