Food Tracking Coming to college I would have assumed that I would continue to eat in the same patterns. However, I have found through tracking my food for this class that I was really wrong. My baseline week for tracking food, I realized that I had barely had anything to eat throughout the week. Now, my eating habits have changed and have almost doubled. One reason I believe that my first week of tracking food was so different, is because I was still getting used to the swing of college. Looking back on the past few weeks I have really adjusted to the new lifestyle and I have definitely eaten more. Since moving away to school, I have changed rooms.
