Kamanyire on February 17, 2016. The medical charities case was opened on February 17, 2016; and is currently opened however, the food stamp case was denied on March 3, 2016. Based on ACEDS Case Action Update/Display completed by Social Services Representative (SSR), Edna Pittman, Mr. Kamanyire’s food stamp application was listed on the pending summary and received for ongoing processing. However his food stamp case was denied because the citizenship requirement was not met per previous case narratives. On May 3, 2016, Case Action Display completed by SSR, Michelle Sanders documented that Mr. Kamanyire arrived at the agency to apply for the IDA program. As the SSR reviewed Mr. Kamanyire’s application she noticed some of the pages were not completely filled out however, Mr. Kamanyire got up and left the interview stating that he did not want IDA. Investigator Beekman emailed Mrs. Buck for a status update of the
