Food Safety is the conditions and practices that preserve the quality of food to prevent contamination and foodborne illnesses.There are many internet website that has been made to educated people about the food safety. Even though there are plenty of website talk about the food safety, the website that I choose is fightbac.org. The purpose of the site is to educate everyone who enter the site regarding the food safety issues. The first impression after I opened this site is how they organized the web pages that attract consumer to read. For example the top part area of the pages give you the idea what is this page about and give you the most common way to prevent foodborne illness. The third way is cook to proper temperature and the last way is refrigerate promptly. These are the things you will see once you enter the site. If you want to know more detail regarding the way to prevent the food borne disease, you can certaining find it under safe food handling tabs. I considered this site accomplishes the purpose because it provide most of the surface information which people should know in order to prevent the foodborne disease. This site provide you with the safe food handling that give the reader an ideas how to keep food safe from harmful bacteria, it also provide a little information on microbiology to educate the learn where they are, help reader to understand how bacteria is the main factor that could cause foodborne pathogens, and how to avoid them. This website give you a total of ten bacterias name that mostly cause a foodborne illness, which I believed it is sufficient enough to know because the other bacteria could also cause a foodborne illness but not frequently as ten bacterias.
