The reason the food insecurity is everyone's problem because taxpayers end up paying for health care costs that were caused from food insecurity, that everyone has a right to food and that our government needs to recognize that no one should go hungry in a wealthy nation that is always in other nations business. In addition, I believe that anyone and everyone should be able to access necessities to make their life better in the community. Lastly, I think we need to turn the policies for food insecurity and hunger into a human rights policy since no one should go hungry in a nation that is called the land of plenty. That there is enough food in the world for everyone. That food insecurity is not due to a shortage of food but the inequality
