The first challenge is the food industry will need to face the increase of input cost due to the surround like the climate change or economy problem might occur. So, the first opinion is decrease the cost base. For example, the food industries need to find the suppliers that can supply the raw materials in the lowest costs. We can also import the raw materials in large amount by ourselves and sell some to others. It can help to earn money and also get the raw materials in lower costs. Other than decrease the cost base, the food industries need to give the best services to customers because customers will not leave due to the increase of cost. It is because customers is needed the food but they will choose the food industries with the best services to buy the food. For example, operator can promise landlord that he rent the shop for five years and landlord can promise to give cheaper rental fee to operator.
