There has been influences from overseas because of immigration after the war, from countries such as Italy, Greece, China, India, Vietnam, and also England and America. The foods which were earlier eaten in Australian history, are less popular now because of the large variety of choice for food in Australia. Ice chest are no longer commonly used to store a house’s supply of cold food, they’ve been replaced by refrigerators because it is impractical to have blocks of ice delivered to all Australian houses.
