In my records I recorded the number of calories, carbohydrates, fat, protein, sodium, and sugar that I consumed these two days in order to gain 140 lbs. As far as my calorie intake I exceeded the number both days. On day one I exceeded my calories intake by 44 calories over my 2,937 goal; and exceeding my calorie intake by 465 over my 2,937 goal on day two. Within my fat and protein levels, I noticed on day one I was short 4 grams of fat and 61 grams of protein of my goal. On day two I exceeded my fat goal by 57 grams and my protein goal by 22 grams. My observation pertaining to my fat and protein levels were imbalanced; which if I continue to have this in balance I will continue to have a slow progression to obtain the 24lbs to reach my desired weight of 140
