Followup eczema.
SUBJECTIVE
Patient says the eczema is clearing up nicely on the 0.1% Aristocort b.i.d. from Ms. Germain.
OBJECTIVE
Blood pressure 120/73, pulse 66, temperature 98.2, respirations 16, saturation 99%. This gentleman has minimal spotting on his forearms which are bare showing eczema. He has no respiratory distress. He has an 180 day followup for asthma.
ASSESSMENT
Eczema presumably atopic, resolving.
