The Career Readiness/Pathways: Focus Your Career is a course designed for male and female adults’ ages 16 to 88. The students are from diverse backgrounds that do not know how to write research documents or want to improve those skills. Students do not have to have a high school diploma. Also, the course is open for to all unemployed and underemployed adults from high school level and college level adults as well. The course will educate and train students through the development of essential skills needed for securing employment or furthering education. There will be 16 students in the course. All students will come and learn how to prepare research documents and search for jobs online. The course will be held in a traditional community college
