Introduction:
The purpose of this essay is to analyze how the needs of the students will be met, while researching how to teach. Nowadays students of the entire world are learning to speak English, but their reasons are different from student to student. The purpose students have for learning will have an effect on what it is they want and need to learn1. In this essay the needs of the student Paola Jovanna Alfaro Rios will be discussed, her motivation for study English, learning style will be described as well as her weakness in English and also how to solve some of them.

Having a Musical Intelligence, which Paola shows very strong connections to, gives her the ability to more easily sing with the lyrics. She is able to identify streets more quickly, and do fill in the blank exercises . In the case of Kinesthetic Bodily intelligence Paola has the ability to express herself using body movements; the best word to describe this action is ‘Motion’. Paola has an Interpersonal intelligence as well and is capable of listening to other people and establish a good relationship with them; as a result she is highly effective in group activities. …show more content…
(5) The purpose of this approach is to apply knowledge in the real world. By using role-play Paola will accomplish this purpose in her one to one class. Moreover, we will use language game activities that would normally involve a group but will be done in a pair. As a consequence of using the Communicative Approach Paola will be less bored in her lesson and hopefully in the future happier working in groups.
Teaching Action Plan: One of the weaknesses Paola experiences is her poor fluency while speaking with others, and especially with teachers and native speakers. This problem can be solved by encouraging her to go to conversation classes or take part in group type activities such as language games, and to remember that the most important thing is to focus on the target
