I hope you all have an amazing day. As a marketing assistant for Full Throttle Research, I would like to update you ours incoming focus group event to assess the new series of television commercials. At this present time, there was an accident happened to our invitations lists of 20 people and uninvited 8 of our top participants that have agreed to participate. Unfortunately, I am not able to restore the invitation and resend it out due the accident was happened. With my most sincere, I apologize for an inconvenience caused. I understand and appreciate your time for agreed to come to our event. Due to the urgent accident, I couldn’t able to keep my promise with you
