Will- At my age right now I do not have a lot of big assets. But if I were to die, I would give my car to someone in my family in need of a better one. My clothes and shoes would be distributed to any of my friends, Jeri, Lauren, Kelsie, Kayla, Lacie and Morgan. They can decide who gets what. My mom would get my Louis Vuitton. My MacBook Pro would go to my mom, dad, or brother. Decorations and other assets would be handed down to my family. If I were to have kids, my children would be appointed to my spouse. If I were single they would be appointed to my parents, or grandparents. My executor would be an attorney, bank, or trust company, just to not have any fighting or hard feelings between siblings. My letter of intent to my executor will have my wishes for funeral arrangements and whom I would want to come.

I do not have a specific place on where I would like to have my funeral, so my family can decide on that. The people that I would like to come to my funeral are my family, close friends, boyfriend and his family, and people who have known me for a long time that I still talk to every now and then. Also, I would like everyone who I have known and cared for to be informed of my death. They know who they are, if not they don’t have to come. My inheritance money would be split between my parents, brother, cousins, aunts, uncles, grandparents. If I were to get married, mostly all the money would go to my husband and kids. I plan on moving back to Texas, after I graduate college and there are no estate, and inheritance taxes in Texas (according to our book). As of right now, I do not own a home, but I am renting. My parents are the co-signers of the property, so they deal with the finances and
