Belinda – I wanted to follow-up to our discussions yesterday on the telephone.
We discussed many topics such as the overall health of your son’s and his progress. I understand Joey’s has made many improvements over the past months and continues to improve daily. During my conversation, I asked you to provide me a doctor’s note by 25 January regarding Joey’s health.
We reviewed the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and how it works. We discussed that you invoked FMLA on 19 October and FMLA ended on 9 January 2016 per advisement of Total Force, Karen Brandon.
