Flying Dunk: A Short Story

On a very ordinary day, a teen named Nate, wanted to make a flying dunk in his whole life. He got the feeling of it before as a baby, but he was actually being lifted. He always dreamed about him doing a flying dunk, but when he saw that he knew that was not true. Nate thought he would never accomplish this task, but he had to try. He needed training first before he can do a flying dunk.

He called his friend, Tyler, to help him. Tyler used to play basketball, but he was not professional. Tyler taught Nate the basics in basketball and then he was ready to try what Nate was dreaming his whole life, but Nate knew he couldn't jump high enough to do it, so they spent a little time jumping. After they were done, Nate still couldn't jump high enough.
