Waking up on a winter morning, coughing hard and with a nonstop runny nose is one of the worst feelings to have. Lying down on the bed all day with a lack of energy and a bad appetite is often what follows. Lots of people have been through this experience; these are the symptoms of the flu. What do we do to get through the winter without the flu? We could get a flu shot from the CVS Pharmacy down the street. But is this the right decision and do we actually know what is being injected into our bodies? Most of us don’t know much about flu shots, the only thing we know is that it will keep us safe from the flu. Most of the time, we are forced by our parents to get a flu shot because they are worried about our health, but they don’t have all the facts. Flu shots are not as good for us as it has been told. Flu vaccines have been around for several years and many of us have been injected with them, but what are the chemicals in the vaccines? As to David Jockers, a corrective care and nutritional doctor from Natural News explains, “"The following substances are found in flu vaccines: aluminum, antibiotics, egg protein, formaldehyde, human aborted fetal apparatus (dead human tissue), monosodium glutamate (MSG), and thimerosol (mercury)" (par. 4).
