Flu shots are a very hot topic right now. This is due to the recent outbreak of the flu this year. Lots of cases caused death, bringing up this question do you need a flu shot. I say that the shot it’s not a good idea.

The shot has very controversial additives. One being Thimerosal a mercury-based preservative. As many may know mercury is the only metal in a liquid form at room temperature. Mercury is also very dangerous if ingested.

Studies show that the shot consistently the shot does not work. According to Dr. David Williams The Archives of Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine has reported that giving young children flu shots appeared to have no impact on flu-related doctor visits or hospitalizations during two recent flu seasons.”
