First of all, I would like to congratulate Flowers Fast for your great products and delivery, I’ve been a frequent user of your service for many years now. However, recently I have encountered a major issue with your delivery service, Flowers fast has sent an incorrect order to my client and has billed me more than what was agreed upon.

Recently I ordered a bouquet of flowers in an ornate vase to be sent to one of my clients in order to show him my excitement to be working with his company. Unfortunately, my client received a plastic vase filled with dead flowers, a gag gift. My order seemed to have gotten replaced with someone else’s order. Despite calling Flowers Fast twice on two different occasions and explaining the situation, it has

Emma Marris presents us with a new way of viewing nature in the first chapter of her book, “Rambunctious Garden”. She explains that the definition of nature depicted in our “glossy magazines” describing a place “somewhere distant, wild and free” is incorrect, as it “blinds us” from the truth (Marris 1). She uses experiences gained during her time spent in the forests of Hawaii and in Australia’s Scotia Sanctuary as evidence to support her argument. Marris also makes the point…

 How to investigate the customer dissatisfaction: We try to deal with complaints in a way that is fair, reasonable and timely. Where possible, we give the supplier an opportunity to resolve the matter directly with the customer. Each complaint is assessed individually, but the following points outline our general approach to complaint-handling: • If customers haven’t contacted their supplier about the problem, we will put them in touch with the company • Where appropriate we may refer their complaint to the company’s specialist dispute resolution team • If customer’s complaint is made on-line, by email or by letter and the nature of the complaint is clear, where appropriate we may refer it to specialist dispute resolution team at their supplier and ask them to contact them to see if they can resolve the matter with customers directly…

The essay “How Long Has It Been Since You Smelled a Flower?” by Richard Shelton describes his experiences with prisoners. He begins by stating he’s worked at the “nexus where language intersects with the lives of prison inmates” for forty years (1). Shelton then begins to delve into the mistreatment of prisoners by the state, primarily by deprivation. Prisons were originally designed to isolate inmates and deprive them of the marvels of nature; this can still be seen in today’s prisons. Humans have an inherent connection to nature and when bereaved of this connection, it can harshly impair any sense a person has left.…

Lilies of the field was a faith filled adapted play written by William E Barrett. This being the first play I’ve ever attended, I had little to no knowledge of what to expect, nor did I know where this department was located. When seeing this play I took into consideration, setting, actors, costumes, lights, music, how well the actors verbalized their lines, what story was trying to be told, and what the deeper message was within this story. Lilies of the field is set on a farm in the Arizona dessert, a large board was painted to portray the scene.…

In all the years that have past there is only ever been a few theories of evolution; evolution is how different organisms have developed or diversified from earlier ancestors in the history of the earth and is also known as the diversity of life. Evolution usually occurs very slowly, over long, extensive amounts of time. The idea of evolution can go as far back as the middle ages, because Aristotle explained all natural things are flawed and can be fixed in a natural way such as changing forms, ideas, or species. The very first full-fledged theory was in 1809 by Lamark; it was called "transmutation", or the inheritance of acquired characteristics.…
