Identifying Behavioral Styles.
Rational Style: When I was reading the characteristics of this group, I realize that I am part of it. As the textbook explained on chapter 6, when you interact with people, you found yourself bounding with some more than with others. For example, as a customer service representative, it would be easier to communicate with this type of style because I feel like I am part of it. The most accurate characteristics I found to be predominant are: dislike calling attention, avoid conflict and anger, listen and observe more than talk, and like leisure activities that involve people (often family) because it makes us feel comfortable. This type of personality is easier to manage because they listen and observe
