Colonel Stevens I am writing this letter requesting to become flight commander of flight B. The reason I feel I can hold the responsibilities of being flight commander is because I believe I am a great example for the rest of AFJROTC representing our flight. The reason for this is because academically and drill wise last year I did an admirable job; which I believe could represent flight B positively. I feel as if I have plenty of discipline to not get out of line well assisting my fellow cadets. I don’t only feel that I could help our flight look well but perhaps even make it better our flight better as a whole. I would assist my senior cadets and instructors in any way possible whether it’d be a class project or drill. I’d assist
