Flight mishaps have always been a major part, and heart racing, norm. From occasional turbulence, to having the plane make weird and unsettling noises. 2014 has been said as being the “worst year for flying” which is sad but true. Since the creation of these flying machines in December 17, 1903. The world has never been the same. Not all creations are perfect, and sadly crash and burn.
March 8, 2014. 227 passengers and 12 crew members boarded Malaysian air flight 370, for the last time. Flight 370, on course from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing, indicated no signs of imminent danger. Last communications with the plane showed calm and clear route. The last words from flight 370, of the co-pilot, where “Good night, Malaysia three seven zero”. End of transmission and still bound for Beijing. A few minutes later the planes transponder went off radar over Vietnamese airspace. The search from flight 370 is still in progress, but no indications of the plane have yet to be found.

Four months after the disappearance of flight 370, Malaysian air flight 17 was tragically shot down while flying over Ukraine. 283 passengers and 15 crew members on board, in which none of them survived the crash. Many reports indicated that a Russian pro separatist group were the culprits of shooting down flight 17. People believed it was Ukraine who initially shot down Flight 17.The president of Ukraine, Pedro Poroshenko, expressed that Ukraine was in fact not responsible for this act. In fact, he addressed that this issue was an act of terrorism. Since then U.S air carrier have retracted from entering Russia-Ukraine bordering airspace, and flying all together near those
