In Flight 116 by Charlie B. Conney, Patrick felt paralyzed in many ways after he realized what has happened. For example, Patrick felt shocked because Patrick had no idea what he had expected when he had arrived on the scene. Next, Patrick felt terrible for the people who were on the plane and on the ground because Patrick saw the people burning on the ground and he wanted to help, but Patrick didn’t have enough resources to put out the fire. Lastly, Patrick didn’t have the equipment he needs to help the people and put out the fire because the whole grass and woods was on fire and he had to call other emergency responders to get to the scene to help Patrick out with this. In conclusion, Patrick really felt paralyzed when he got to the scene,
