Please be specific on what time you are requesting to flex. Donna you have asked multiple times in multiple meeting if you could work extended hours without flexing and the answer has always been the same. You have not been approved to work above the 37.5 hours in a week. This is not the same as flexing hours during the week which is permitted upon preapproval.
