Competitive Position

FlexiBake has a strong customer base that evolves from the quick response times to customer needs and wants and its dedicated staff members. Even Carney himself was very easy to contact and was more than happy to communicate with us including his consumers. It is a strong financial business as it has no debt and continues to operate with low overhead. The company is thriving by providing the food industry a program which makes adhering to the current legislation regarding bioterrorism simple. We believe this is a good investment for the program because other successful food industry developers, such as zBake, are capitalizing on this option. Carney has said he develops and tests the software; we believe this could lead to some oversights. When developing a product you are focused on how to make it work whereas a tester asks how does this product work and how can I break it. We suggest to avoid this they should implement third party testing and trials for the in progress developing software to get unbiased points of view. To address the attracting and retaining issue at FlexiBake Ltd. we believe there are a few key elements that any company should implement. To retain employees it is imperative that Carney offers appropriate wage increases and offer pay market or above;
